3-levels of Build Approval
Most build companies are too eager to move onto the next project to have three-levels of project build approval. We have the people building the project have the first point approval for their work, the lead hand builder will have a second point inspection, and then our Executive level assessment is completed throughout and at the end of every project to ensure it is quality work.

Customer Experience
We have a strong emphasis in building the right team of people who have quality character. People who are a part of your neighbourhood, those who value customer experience and who have 100% of their heart into building your project in a professional and clean manner.

Build Guarantee
We guarantee all of our professional build services. We believe in providing only quality and transparent services to our community to ensure you have a perfectly built home project. We offer a standard comprehensive 5-year guarantee to all of our valued customers.

We provide the most commonly requested materials for our fence installs. Each have their own benefits.
Most Common: Pressure Treated
Pressure treated lumber is the most common because there isn’t too much maintenance, it looks great, it has a beautiful red / brown (Sierra) stain finish and its cost effective. 99% of customers seek this material and look.
Common: Cedar
Cedar is an all natural lumber with natural properties to assist with protection against the elements. This option is less common due to its rising cost. It has wonderful natural colour but needs. to be maintained in order for it to continue looking great, otherwise you get a grey looking fence.
Less Common: Chain Link
Chain link comes in various colours. We always prefer a nice simple black coloured chain link fence, as it goes well with the pressure treated wood, if you choose to accent with chain link. It provides an openness to your yard but reduces any privacy.

We have certain techniques when building our highly durable fence lines. Some think a fence is just a fence, but the way it’s built make. the world of a difference for your investment. We won’t outline every detail here because other builders often don’t know and that’s our benefit to you. We can explain it when we meet though! However, here are some basics.
As standard we use 6”x6” posts. The length is properly determined by your property slope and grade. We can use two-types of concrete, standard concrete or rapid set concrete, depending on how quickly you want us to get in and out of the project. We dig down a specific depth and use a specific amount of concrete for specific build durability reason around Simcoe County. We also build the fence line to sit just above the grade to avoid water damage.
But reach out to us so we can come provide a free estimate and we can explain in much more thorough detail about our build systems because they make the difference!

We can build all different styles of fencing to fit your property and home perfectly. There is one option that stands out above the rest for home owners and seekers.
Most Common: 6’ Full-privacy
Full-privacy is the most sought after fence style with 99% of customers opting for this beautiful build. This style is board-over-board, leaving no gaps between boards
Common: 6’ Semi-privacy
This option is considered “the good neighbour” fence. It offers larger gaps between boards on each side, and allows each yard to view diagonally into the adjacent yard. Less people opt for this as it is an older style of choice.
Less Common: Additional lattice
You might have seen some lattice along the top of a fence line before. It adds a decorative look but it does not wear well in our environments, and the look only appeals to some people. There are different styles of lattice that can be done if you have a preference.
